-Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
-Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
-Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
-Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.
-Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Power Cleans: 75, 105, 135, 135, 135
MetCon: 4 rds + 5 cj’s (@ 95 lbs)
power cleans: 135, 165, 175, 185, 190(2 + 1 squat clean)
MetCon
I did 3 sets of 3, 6, 9 instead of 2 each round (read the website last night, not the screen!)
@ 115# clean + jerk
4 rounds + 5 clean and jerk + 1 pull up
power cleans: 105,135,165 failed,135,135
MetCon: clean and jerk @ 95lbs
3 rounds+ 5 clean and jerks
Power Cleans: 95, 115, 115, 115, 125 (2)
Metcon: Clean and Jerk @ 95lbs
4 rounds even.
Power Cleans 135,155,175,185,190
Metcon: 105lbs 4 rounds +5 clean and jerks
was planning on just going for 4 flat. Thanks For pushing me through those last 5 reps Nick
