mike any weight suggestions for the bear complex.. last time i started at 45 and worked up to 95 so i say 55 i think this time to start.. also what weight for the kettle bells and is one round just 30 or 30 down to 15?

2. Mike McKenna - 04/02/2010

Use whatever weight you want for swings, American style swings (overhead). For you, i would use 16-20kg and the workout is 4 rounds…30 KBS 5 box jumps at 24″ if you have it, then round two – 25 and 10, round three – 20 and 15, round four – 15 and 20.

-Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
-Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
-Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
-Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.
-Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
